A specific training skim for the trainees that they haven’t included physical exercise in their everyday life until recently. People that they are not disciplined, do not know their body, their potential and the way to achieve their fitness goals. Together we set doable goals, we get committed and monitor their development. Success is granted. It can be so simple!

In our fitness clubs we do what our name defines and our mission statement declares. We change peoples’ lives to the better by including in their everyday life physical exercise and the benefits of it. It sounds like a vocation and this is what we believe here in ALTERLIFE.
We try to achieve this by showing too much passion and love for our profession aiming to create awareness and consciousness of fitness.
This can be done only if we make you believe that we are the ones that can change your life.
Being fully aware of the responsibility for our vocation we are proud to present in ALTERLIFE “Meet the trainer”. A free of charge training programme that leaves no other choice to the ones who try it. We are waiting for you to set the things straight.

ANNUAL COMPETITION
MEET THE TRAINER

Every year at ALTERLIFE, immediately after the Easter holidays, we organize the annual MEET THE TRAINER competition.

We invite everyone to follow for two months the special packages that we have designed exclusively for this period and to compete in the loss of body weight in Kilos and points.

Winners and recipients of the prizes are those who have the biggest reduction – loss in proportion to their measurements at the beginning of the competition! Of course, everyone is a winner, since in the end they enjoy their new body, their new life. See briefly the results of the last 3 years:
